A 44-year-old man has been arrested in connection with threatening and robbing a woman of Rs. 1.5 million in the Millaniya area this week.
The Panadura Division Crimes Investigation Unit launched a probe into the incident that occurred on January 15.
The suspect was arrested along with a motorcycle and Rs. 490,000 from the stolen cash in the Wadduwa area yesterday.
According to the Police, the suspect is a resident of Waskaduwa. (Newswire)
