
The Sri Lankan Rupee has appreciated against the US Dollar, while rates remain steady at most commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (30 Jan), compared to Thursday.
According to NDB Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar remain unchanged at Rs. 306.4 and Rs. 312.95 respectively.
People’s Bank reports the buying rate of the US Dollar has decreased slightly from Rs. 306.14 to Rs. 305.89 while the selling rate has dropped slightly from Rs. 312.89 to Rs. 312.63
At Commercial Bank too, the buying rate of the US Dollar has dropped slightly from Rs. 304.36 to Rs. 304.11 while the selling rate dropped from Rs. 312.75 to Rs. 312.50.
According to Sampath Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has decreased slightly from Rs. 306.50 to Rs. 306 while the selling rate has decreased from Rs. 313 to Rs. 312.5 (Newswire)
