Dollar rate today : Rupee weakens slightly

The Sri Lankan Rupee has depreciated against the US Dollar at most commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (Feb 3), compared to Monday.

According to Seylan Bank the buying rate of the US dollar decreased slightly from Rs. 306.80 to Rs. 306.35 while the selling rate increased from Rs. 311.55 to Rs. 312.85

According to NDB Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar decreased slightly from Rs. 306.4 to Rs. 306.05 while the selling rate decreased from Rs. 312.95 to Rs. 312.55.

People’s Bank reports the buying rate of the US Dollar decreased slightly from Rs.305.94 to Rs. 306.09 while the selling rate has increased slightly from Rs.312.63 to Rs. 312.84.

At Commercial Bank the buying rate increased from Rs. 304.11 to Rs. 304.36 while the selling rate increased from Rs. 312.50 to Rs. 312.75 respectively.

According to Sampath Bank, the buying rate of the US dollar increased from Rs. 306 to Rs. 306.25 while the selling rate increased from Rs. 312.5 to Rs. 312.75. (Newswire)
