Lanka IOC (LIOC) has revised its fuel prices with effect from today (22 March), following the price increase announced by the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (Ceypetco).
Accordingly, LIOC has set the price of Petrol Octane 92 at Rs. 398 and Auto Diesel at Rs. 382, bringing them in line with Ceypetco’s revised rates.
However, prices of higher-grade fuels remain comparatively higher under LIOC. Petrol Octane 95 has been increased to Rs. 487, while Lanka Super Diesel is priced at Rs. 572.
LIOC has also revised its premium fuel categories, with Xtra Premium Petrol priced at Rs. 465, Xtra Mile at Rs. 551, and Xtra Green Diesel at Rs. 588. (Newswire)
