A tragic accident claimed the life of a schoolboy who was en route to a school Big Match at the Pallekele Stadium in Kandy today (02).
According to the Police, two students were travelling on a motorcycle when it collided head‑on with a bus.
One of the students had died instantly at the scene, while the other was unhurt.
The Kandy Police have launched investigations into the incident. (Newswire)
