The Meteorological Department announced that the sun will be directly overhead across Sri Lanka from April 5 to 15 due to its apparent northward movement.
According to the department, the areas closest to where the sun will be overhead today (April 5) include Dodanduwa, Rathgama, Yakkalamulla, Akuressa, Mulgirigala, Ranna, Kalamatiya and Ussangoda, around 12:13 p.m. (NewsWire)
