The sun will be directly overhead over several areas of Sri Lanka today (06), including Beruwala, Gurulubadda, Rakwana, Godakawela, Udawalawe and Thanamalwila, the Department of Meteorology said.
This will occur at approximately 12:13 noon as part of the apparent northward movement of the sun.
The Department also noted that the sun will be directly overhead over different parts of Sri Lanka from April 5 to April 15. (Newswire)
