Two people were injured in a road accident that occurred at around 12.15 am today (09) on the Tissamaharama–Matara main road near the Hambantota Port’s second entrance and the Port Police.
According to the Police, the collision involved a Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) bus and a prime mover.
The bus conductor and one passenger sustained injuries, while both drivers were arrested following the incident.
