The Ministry of Transport, Highways and Urban Development has introduced an online bus seat reservation system for passengers travelling from Matara and Galle to Makumbura.
The initiative, announced ahead of the post–New Year travel period, allows commuters to reserve seats in advance by scanning a QR code, visiting the official website at www.busticket.gov.lk, or calling the hotline at 0112 001 266. (Newswire)
