Dollar rate today : Selling rate crosses Rs. 350

The Sri Lankan rupee has depreciated further against the US dollar across commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (21), compared to Wednesday, with the selling rate crossing Rs. 350.

According to Seylan Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US dollar remain unchanged at Rs. 333.75 and Rs. 345.50, respectively.

At NDB Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US dollar have increased from Rs. 335 to Rs. 344 and from Rs. 345 to Rs. 354, respectively.

People’s Bank reports the buying rate of the US Dollar has increased from Rs. 335.64 to Rs. 344.44, while the selling rate has also increased from Rs. 345.20 to Rs. 354.74.

Meanwhile, at Commercial Bank, the buying and selling rates have increased from Rs. 335.39 to Rs. 343.09 and from Rs. 346.50 to Rs. 354.25, respectively.

At Sampath Bank, the buying and selling rates have increased from Rs. 337.50 to Rs. 344.50 and from Rs. 346.50 to Rs. 353.50. (Newswire)
