The Department of Examinations has announced that the results of the 2025 G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination are scheduled to be released by the middle of June.
Commissioner General of Examinations Indika Kumari Liyanage, responding to inquiries about social media claims that results would be released in the coming days, clarified that no exact date has yet been finalized.
However, she confirmed that arrangements are in place to issue the results by mid‑June.
The 2025 O/L examination was conducted from February 17 to 26, with a total of 451,463 candidates sitting for the exam.
Of them, 382,249 were school candidates, while 69,214 appeared as private candidates, according to official figures. (Newswire)
