Home Lands has officially launched Central Park Boulevard Port City Colombo, a landmark US$300 million luxury development that is expected to become one of the most iconic residential projects in Port City Colombo.
The project was unveiled at a star-studded event attended by Bollywood actors Shilpa Shetty, Aditya Roy Kapur, Jacqueline Fernandez, and cricket legend Mahela Jayawardene, who was also introduced as Home Lands’ newest Brand Ambassador.
Positioned within the Central Park District of Port City Colombo, the twin-tower development will rise 37 levels and feature more than 640 residential units designed to cater to a range of modern lifestyles.
The project overlooks nearly 40 acres of Central Park green space and scenic waterways while offering uninterrupted views of the Indian Ocean and Colombo’s coastline.
Home Lands said the development marks the first time a Sri Lankan high-rise project has been inspired by an ultra-luxury international lifestyle brand, introducing a new benchmark in luxury living in the country.
The company also revealed that 50% of the units had already been sold before the official launch, highlighting strong investor confidence in the project.
According to Home Lands, the development is expected to attract significant foreign investment, with the total project value estimated at more than US$300 million. The company has invested US$150 million in the project, which it describes as the largest real estate investment made by a single Sri Lankan developer.
Following the launch, Home Lands will open the Central Park Boulevard Port City Colombo Sales Gallery, allowing prospective buyers and investors to explore the project’s design, lifestyle offerings, and investment opportunities. (Newswire)
