CBSL Rates : USD selling rate drops to Rs. 338

The Sri Lankan Rupee has appreciated further against the US Dollar today (19), compared to Thursday, with the selling rate dropping to Rs. 338. 

According to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, the buying rate of the US Dollar has decreased from Rs. 329.18 to Rs. 328.85, while the selling rate has also decreased from Rs. 339.06 to Rs. 338.70.

The Sri Lankan Rupee has also appreciated against a basket of foreign currencies, including the Australian and Canadian Dollars, the Euro, the Sterling Pound and the Swiss Franc. 

However, the Rupee has changed slightly against some Gulf currencies. (Newswire)
