End of Day 2: Sri Lanka in control against West Indies Select XI

Sri Lanka ended Day 2 on 173/4 in their first innings, trailing the West Indies Select XI by just 32 runs after a disciplined batting effort at Coolidge Cricket Ground.

After bowling out the hosts for 205 earlier in the day, Sri Lanka received a solid start from opener Nisan Madushka, who struck 46 off 49 balls. Captain Dhananjaya de Silva contributed 34, while Dinesh Chandimal remained unbeaten on 54, anchoring the innings through the final session.

The West Indies Select XI were dismissed for 205, with McKenzie top-scoring with 58 and Kevin Wickham making 20.
