EY Sri Lanka and the Maldives has appointed Gayathri Manatunga as its new Country Managing Partner, effective July 1, 2026.
Manatunga succeeds Duminda Hulangamuwa, who retired on June 30 after a career spanning more than four decades with the firm.
Hulangamuwa, who also serves as Senior Economic Advisor to the President, was recently appointed Chairman of the Board of Investment (BOI) of Sri Lanka.
EY said the leadership transition marks a new chapter for its Sri Lanka and Maldives practice while recognising Hulangamuwa’s longstanding contribution to the organisation. (Newswire)
