The Colombo High Court has fixed November 16 for the hearing of the case filed against Member of Parliament Namal Rajapaksa over the Krrish transaction.
The case was taken up before Colombo High Court Judge Nadee Aparna Suwandurugoda on Tuesday (07).
During the proceedings, the judge ordered that summons be issued to two Indian witnesses under the procedure applicable to serving summons on foreign witnesses.
Following the order, the court fixed November 16 for the hearing of the case. (Newswire)
