Dollar rate today : USD selling rate increases to Rs. 341

The Sri Lankan Rupee has depreciated further against the US Dollar across commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (09), compared to Wednesday, with the selling rate increasing to Rs. 341 in some banks.

According to Seylan Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US dollar have increased from Rs. 330.40 to Rs. 331.75 and from Rs. 339.65 to Rs. 341.00, respectively. 

At NDB Bank, the buying rate of the US has increased from Rs. 330.65 to Rs. 331.50, while the selling rate has also increased from Rs. 339.65 to Rs. 340.50.

At People’s Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has increased from Rs. 330.78 to Rs. 332.26, while the selling rate has also increased from Rs. 339.57 to Rs. 341.09.

Commercial Bank reports that the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have increased from Rs. 328.81 to Rs. 329.55 and from Rs. 338.75 to Rs. 339.50, respectively.

At Sampath Bank, the buying rate has increased from Rs. 331.25 to Rs. 332.50, while the selling rate has also increased from Rs. 340.25 to Rs. 341.50. (Newswire)
