The National Water Supply and Drainage Board has announced a 48‑hour suspension of water supply in the Digana and Menikhinna areas.
According to the Board, the water cut which took effect from 8.30 am today (23), will continue until July 25.
The interruption is being carried out to facilitate essential maintenance work in the affected regions.
The Water Board expressed regret over the inconvenience caused to residents and urged consumers to use water sparingly until services are restored. (Newswire)
