The Court of Appeal has dismissed, without consideration, a writ petition filed by a group of students seeking to postpone the 2026 G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination by two months.
The petitioners had requested the court to issue an order delaying the examination, which is currently scheduled to commence in August 2026.
The application was filed by a group of students preparing to sit the upcoming Advanced Level examination, arguing that the exams should be deferred by two months.
However, the Court of Appeal rejected the writ application without taking it up for consideration, allowing the examination to proceed as scheduled.
