Litro Gas Lanka announced today that domestic gas prices will remain unchanged for the month of August, despite rising costs in the international market and challenges in exchange rates.
The company said the decision was taken with the aim of providing relief to consumers, noting that the current retail prices will continue to apply throughout August 2026.
Accordingly, the prevailing prices are:
- 12.5 kg domestic cylinder – Rs. 4,465
- 5 kg cylinder – Rs. 1,792
- 2.3 kg cylinder – Rs. 835
Litro Gas Lanka further confirmed that these rates will remain in effect without revision.
