A 12-year-old boy has died after falling from a 14-storey apartment building in Colombo 09, Police said.
According to preliminary investigations, the boy had been near the swimming pool on the top floor with several other children, looking at the surrounding area, when he fell through an open section of the building.
The incident was reported to Maradana Police on the evening of August 16.
The deceased was a resident of Colombo 09. Maradana Police are conducting further investigations. (Newswire)
