Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa met Tamil and Muslim parliamentarians representing the opposition at the Opposition Leader’s Office in Parliament.
The discussions focused on issues facing communities in the Northern and Eastern provinces, including social, economic, development and other regional concerns affecting their daily lives.
The MPs also discussed ways to raise these issues more extensively in Parliament and pursue necessary interventions.
