President Anura Kumara Dissanayake paid his last respects to veteran Sri Lankan singer Visharada Nanda Malini last night (21).
The President visited the premises on Nawala Road, Nugegoda, where her remains were placed and paid his respects to the late singer.
He also conveyed his condolences to her family members, relatives and fellow artists who were present.
Nanda Malini, one of Sri Lanka’s most veteran musicians, died on Aug. 20 at the age of 82. (Newswire)
