Sensitive CCTV footage has emerged showing the cement truck involved in the deadly Akurana accident pushing a motorcycle at high speed moments before the crash.
The accident occurred at Kurugoda Junction in Akurana on the morning of October 19.
According to the footage, the cement-laden truck was seen travelling at high speed while pushing a motorcycle along the road before the collision.
The truck had reportedly gone out of the driver’s control and crashed into eight vehicles, including three-wheelers, another lorry and several motorcycles.
Six people were killed in the accident, while five others were injured and admitted to hospital. (Newswire)
