Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) is set to welcome Beijing Capital Airlines as the newest addition to its airline roster, with the carrier scheduled to commence operations on January 31, 2026.
The airline will operate twice-weekly flights between Beijing Daxing International Airport and BIA, with services every Tuesday and Saturday. The new route marks a significant boost to Sri Lanka’s aviation and tourism sectors as the country enters the new year. (Newswire)
