Dollar rate in Sri Lanka today

The Sri Lankan Rupee has appreciated slightly against the US Dollar at commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (21 May), compared to Tuesday. 

At Seylan Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have reduced slightly from Rs. 295.75 to Rs. 295.70 and from Rs. 302.75 to Rs. 302.70, respectively.

According to NDB Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar remains unchanged at Rs. 296, and the selling rate at Rs. 304.

People’s Bank reports that the buying rate of the US Dollar has dropped slightly from Rs. 296.43 to Rs. 296.28, and the selling rate from Rs. 304.18 to Rs. 304.03.

At Commercial Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has increased from Rs. 293.98 to Rs. 294.72, while the selling rate has increased from Rs. 303 to Rs. 303.75.

According to Sampath Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have reduced from Rs. 296.50 to Rs. 296.25 and from Rs. 304.50 to Rs. 304.25, respectively. (Newswire)
