Sri Lanka Police have appealed to the public for assistance in locating a 19‑year‑old young woman reported missing from the Etampitiya Police Division.
According to the Police, a complaint was lodged by her mother, a resident of Hali Ela, in March, stating that her daughter had gone missing.
Investigations were subsequently launched by the Etampitiya Police, and details have been reported to the Welimada Magistrate’s Court.
The missing teenager is described as being approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall, of average build, with hair cut to shoulder length.
