The Sri Lankan Rupee has depreciated against the US Dollar at some commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (Apr 16) compared to Monday, while it continues to remain below the Rs. 300 rate.
According to Seylan Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar are unchanged at Rs. 293 and Rs. 302.50, respectively.
At NDB Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has increased from Rs. 292 to Rs. 292.15 and the selling rate has also increased from Rs. 303 to Rs. 303.15.
According to Peoples Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar are unchanged at Rs. 293.46 and Rs. 303.39, respectively.
At Commercial Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has increased from Rs. 292.48 to Rs. 292.98 and the selling rate has increased from Rs. 301.75 to Rs. 302.25.
At Sampath Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have increased from Rs. 293.75 to Rs. 294.25 and from Rs. 302.75 to Rs. 303.25, respectively. (Newswire)
