The Sri Lankan Rupee has appreciated further against the US Dollar at commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (22 May), compared to Wednesday.
At Seylan Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have reduced slightly from Rs. 295.70 to Rs. 295.50 and from Rs. 302.70 to Rs. 302.50, respectively.
According to NDB Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has reduced from Rs. 296 to Rs. 295.65, and the selling rate from Rs. 304 to Rs. 303.65.
People’s Bank reports that the buying rate of the US Dollar has dropped slightly from Rs. 296.28 to Rs. 295.59, and the selling rate from Rs. 304.03 to Rs. 303.32.
At Commercial Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has reduced from Rs. 294.72 to Rs. 293.73, while the selling rate has dropped from Rs. 303.75 to Rs. 302.75.
According to Sampath Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have reduced from Rs. 296.25 to Rs. 295.50 and from Rs. 304.25 to Rs. 303.50, respectively. (Newswire)
