Several spells of showers will occur in Sabaragamuwa province and in Kandy, Nuwara-Eliya, Galle and Matara districts. A few showers may occur in Western and North-western provinces.
Mainly dry weather will prevail over the other areas of the island.
Strong winds about (40-50) kmph can be expected at times over Western slopes of the Central hills, North-central and North-western provinces and in Monaragala, Hambantota, Trincomalee and Mannar districts.
