A 17-year-old boy was injured in a shooting in the Aturugiriya police division on Tuesday night (8), police said.
The shooting occurred in the Godagama Road area, where two unidentified individuals who arrived on a motorcycle allegedly opened fire at the victim.
Police said the motive for the shooting and the identities of the suspects have not yet been established.
Further investigations are underway to identify and arrest the suspects, police said. (Newswire)
