Dollar rate today : Rupee appreciates slightly against the USD

The Sri Lankan Rupee has appreciated slightly against the US Dollar at some commercial banks in Sri Lanka today (Feb 12), compared to Wednesday, with the selling rate steady at Rs. 312.

According to Seylan Bank, the buying and selling rates of the US dollar have reduced from Rs. 306.75 to Rs. 306.65 and from Rs. 311.50 to Rs. 311.40, respectively.

According to NDB Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar has decreased from Rs. 306.20 to Rs. 306.15, while the selling rate has also dropped from Rs. 312.70 to Rs. 312.65.

People’s Bank reports the buying and selling rates of the US Dollar have reduced from Rs. 305.89 to Rs. 305.84 and from Rs. 312.63 to Rs. 312.58, respectively.

At Commercial Bank, the buying rate of the US Dollar remains unchanged at Rs. 304.11, while the selling rate is also unchanged at Rs. 312.50.

According to Sampath Bank, the buying rate of the US dollar remains unchanged at Rs. 306, while the selling rate is also unchanged at Rs. 312.50. (Newswire)
