
India’s Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri arrived in Colombo today on a one‑day official visit aimed at reinforcing close bilateral ties between Sri Lanka and India.
During his stay, Misri is scheduled to call on the President of Sri Lanka, the Prime Minister, and the Foreign Minister, among other senior leaders.
According to the Indian High Commission in Sri Lanka, the visit builds on the tradition of regular high‑level exchanges between the two countries and is expected to strengthen momentum on key initiatives across political, economic, and strategic cooperation. (Newswire)
