A 69-year-old man has been killed in Auburn Lane, Dehiwala last night (10), the police said.
The murder has taken place after a dispute between two individuals escalated after which the victim was allegedly attacked by the suspect with a sharp weapon.
The victim was pronounced dead after being admitted to Kalubowila hospital with critical injuries, the police further said.
The suspect has fled the area and Dehiwala Police are conducting further investigations to apprehend the suspect. (NewsWire)
