Kumar Sangakkara who was recently included in the ‘ICC Hall of Fame’ has received his commemorative cap from Indian Cricket Legend Sunil Gavaskar.
“You’ve been an exceptional cricketer. During the turbulent times that our game faced, you along with Rahul Dravid, Sachin Tendulkar and VVS Laxman were the consciences of international cricket.” Sunil Gavaskar told Kumar Sangakkara while presenting the special ICC Hall of Fame.
"I can't be more honoured than to have received my cap from him."
