The Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) says it has reached 1,700 MW of installed rooftop solar capacity nationwide.
The CEB said the figures reported are as of 01 May 2025, issuing a statement thanking the public for their contribution.
The CEB further highlighted that this shows the shift towards renewable energy by households, businesses, and institutions. (Newswire)
