Shangri-La Colombo welcomes Guest Chef Brent Guo QuanQuan, a master of handcrafted dim sum with more than two decades of experience across some of Asia’s distinguished culinary destinations. During his visit to Shang Palace, Chef Brent presents a specially curated Dim Sum Tasting Menu available from 20 March to 06 April 2026, featuring an array of delicate handcrafted creations such as crystal prawn dumplings, crab meat and pork soup xiao long bao, jade pork and cabbage dumplings, and crispy fried spring rolls, alongside refined desserts. Menu selections are available starting from LKR 2,200++.

Guests can also take part in exclusive hands-on Dim Sum Masterclasses on 26 and 28 March, priced at LKR 10,888++ per person, offering a rare opportunity to learn the techniques and artistry behind authentic dim sum making directly from the visiting chef.
