A 21-year-old man was killed after a dispute between two families living near the railway track in the Dharmarama Road area of Ratmalana escalated into a violent assault.
The victim was reportedly beaten with a cricket bat and wicket stumps.
Six suspects, including four women, were arrested today (07) by the Mount Lavinia Police Crime Branch in connection with the incident.
