
Russel’s (Pvt) Ltd. has recognised four employees for outstanding performance in November, celebrating excellence across its culinary and operational divisions at a special staff appreciation ceremony.
Head Pastry Chef Jude Fernando was named Best Chef of the Month, honoured for his exceptional culinary standards and consistent contribution to maintaining the company’s reputation for quality.
In the Garment Division, Manager Sajeeva Rukmal received the Most Efficient Employee of the Month award for ensuring smooth daily operations and demonstrating exceptional commitment to efficiency and workflow management.
Two additional recognitions were presented for overall excellence within the workforce. Malani Fernando and Chamal Asanka were named Outstanding Female Employee and Outstanding Male Employee of November respectively, acknowledging their strong work ethic, dedication, and consistent performance.
