1. Wanindu Hasaranga Injury Update
Wanindu Hasaranga, who sustained a left hamstring injury while bowling in the second T20I, will unfortunately be unavailable for the ODI series. He has returned to Colombo and is currently undergoing rehabilitation at the High Performance Center.
Replacement: Dushan Hemantha has been called up to the squad in place of Hasaranga.
2. Kusal Mendis Fit for ODI Series
Kusal Mendis, who was struck on the leg during the last T20I, has recovered and is fit to play in the upcoming ODI series. He will be available for selection as the series begins tomorrow in Dambulla.
