Strength, Spirit, and Solidarity: KFL Joins Hands with Indira Cancer Trust this October
In just two short years, the Karma Fight League (KFL) has grown into South Asia’s biggest K1 fight league. With five electrifying fight nights under its belt, KFL has become the apex stage for Sri Lanka’s prime-time fighters, a true testament to strength, grit, and determination.
But this October, KFL is showing that real strength extends far beyond the ring.
The league is proud to stand alongside the Indira Cancer Trust, a non-profit organization founded in memory of Indira Jayasuriya, who bravely fought breast cancer until her passing in 2016. The Trust works tirelessly to support patients and families, offering life-changing services such as Sri Lanka’s first cancer helpline, a mobile mammography unit, financial and livelihood assistance, and a hair and wig donation program that restores dignity and hope.
Every single day, the reality is stark: 1 in 3 women is lost to this fight. It could be a mother, a sister, a wife or even your daughter. And that is why raising awareness and rallying action is more important than ever.
This October, the message is clear: let’s raise our voices, our strength, and our miles together.
The TLC Triathlon Series, happening across Sri Lanka, is uniting thousands under one cause: to fight cancer with compassion, courage, and community. Whether you swim, bike, or run, every step taken carries this mission forward.
KFL is proud to lend its spirit of endurance and resilience to this movement, because true champions fight not only for titles, but for lives.
Join the fight. Join the movement.
