A 19-year-old youth has died in a shooting incident on Beach Road in Mount Lavinia this morning, police said.
According to reports, two unidentified individuals arrived on a motorcycle, opened fire at the youth, and fled the scene.
The victim has been admitted to hospital, and Mount Lavinia Police have launched an investigation into the incident. (Newswire)
