Former Member of Parliament Chandana Kathriarachchi has been arrested by the Colombo Crimes Division (CCD).
He was reportedly taken into custody along with two T‑56 magazines, 221 rounds of ammunition, and a hand grenade.
According to reports, he was arrested this morning (16) when the CCD searched the former MP’s residence in Piliyandala, under a warrant. (Newswire)
