Three Sri Lankan companies, Gralgo From Ceylon, Planet’s Finest, and Ceylbee International, have been recognised at the prestigious Great Taste Awards, one of the world’s most respected food and drink accreditation schemes.
The British High Commission in Sri Lanka congratulated the winners, noting that all three firms are supported through the UK Government‑funded UK Trade Partnerships Programme.

The Great Taste Awards are judged through a rigorous blind‑tasting process, with products assessed solely on taste rather than branding, packaging, or price.
Fewer than a third of entries receive a star, making the accolade a significant mark of quality and a strong platform for international visibility.
