Former Member of Parliament Sajin Vass Gunawardena was today (16) indicted before the Colombo High Court on corruption charges.
According to reports, the indictments were filed by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption.
The indictments have been filed over four charges, including causing losses to the government by leasing an aircraft for Mihin Lanka outside the legal tender process.
Sajin Vass Gunnawardena served as the former CEO of Mihin Lanka, a government-sponsored budget airline. (Newswire)
