CBSL Rates : USD selling rate increases to Rs. 342

The Sri Lankan Rupee has depreciated further against the US Dollar today (25), compared to Wednesday, with the selling rate increasing by Rs. 2 to Rs. 342. 

According to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, the buying rate of the US Dollar has increased from Rs.  330.35 to Rs. 332.34, while the selling rate has also increased from Rs. 340.06 to Rs. 342.03. 

The Sri Lankan Rupee has also depreciated against a basket of foreign currencies.

The Rupee has depreciated significantly against some Gulf currencies, such as the Bahrain and Kuwait Dinars, and Oman Rial. (Newswire)
