The elder daughter of former minister Keheliya Rambukwella, Chamithri Rambukwella, has been arrested by officers of the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC).
She was taken into custody in connection with a money laundering allegation involving Rs. 300 million.
Chamithri Rambukwella was arrested and released on bail in June last year, on charges under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. (Newswire)
