The hotline also serves journalists seeking information on dengue spread and control efforts, as well as government officials and volunteers engaged in dengue control activities.
The service operates from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. on weekdays and from 8.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon on Saturdays.
Authorities urged the public to actively support dengue prevention efforts by maintaining clean surroundings and reporting mosquito breeding locations.
