Sri Lanka Police has appealed to the public to provide information regarding a suspect wanted in connection with a shooting and homicide incident that occurred on January 9, 2026, at Peters Lane, Galle Road, Dehiwala.
The Dehiwala Division Crime Investigation Branch is conducting further investigations into the case, where an individual was shot and killed.
Based on witness accounts, a photograph of the shooter who arrived to commit the crime has been created using AI technology.
