Sri Lanka will host “Aqua Planet – Sri Lanka, International Expo 2025” from November 21–23 at Lotus Tower, bringing together global fisheries experts, researchers, and industry professionals.
The expo will highlight the country’s aquatic resources with a focus on sustainability, innovation, trade, education, and the Blue Economy.
It will also feature workshops on marine conservation, aquaculture, seafood processing, and business matching sessions.
Cabinet approved the proposal by the Minister of Fisheries to proceed with the event. (Newswire)
